Executive Chef Mark works in conjunction with local farmers, fisherman and purveyors to bring the freshest, seasonal ingredients, combined with creative and individually crafted menus for each Nantucket wedding or event.

Meanwhile, Eithne manages the front-of-house operations by insuring that each client is provided all of the expertise, attention, and support that Nantucket Catering Company’s twenty-two years have to offer. Eithne and her veteran service team will work to execute each event in a professional and friendly manner that will certainly continue to generate incredibly satisfied customers.

My husband and I got married this summer and we are SO happy that we chose the Nantucket Catering Company. Mark and Eithne and their team catered both our rehearsal dinner clam bake and our 220-person wedding – both events were fantastic and our guests still tell us how incredible the food was! My family cares deeply about good food (my grandmother was the original chef at the Straight Wharf Restaurant) and we all agree that the food provided by Nantucket Catering Company was outstanding – fresh, perfectly cooked, and delicious!

Food aside, working with Mark and Eithne was such a joy. Our tasting with them was one of the most memorable (and relaxing) parts of the planning process. Anytime we had a question we felt comfortable getting in touch with them over email or by text and they promptly responded which made the planning process even easier. The weekend of the wedding went so smoothly and I attribute much of that to the combined forces of Mark and Eithne. They are truly the best and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Thanks to you and your staff our wedding was seamless and spectacular. The food and presentation was outstanding!! I almost wish I had another daughter so I could go through this wonderful experience again! Eithne: your attention to detail, your assistance with last minute preparations were above and beyond. I remember one of my first emails to you, panicking about the wedding plans and you were very reassuring that everything would go well and you were so right!

Thank you for all of your help and support with our wedding. The food was delicious. Even after the wedding weekend was long over, people were still talking about how much they enjoyed the appetizers and their dinner. Thankfully we knew ahead of time to make sure that we did not miss out. Mike and I both cleaned our plates before doing anything else, which I think is quite an accomplishment from a bride and groom. Your organizational help and your business connections allowed for us to plan a Nantucket wedding from New York- thank you for this.

We just wanted to reach out and give you our most sincere appreciation for your flawless execution at our wedding this past Saturday.  The food was superb and we got so many glowing compliments ( numerous people said it was the best lamb they ever had) I particularly enjoyed the fried oyster fritters, pork bell watermelon skewers and the bread pudding side dish.  We were so excited we regret not eating more!! Beyond the wedding day you were a joy to work with and your flexibility and willingness to create new recipes really made the whole process fun.

Wow… what a great job! Thank you for helping to make the Boston Pops 9th such a success. The food, service, presentation and coordination was top shelf. All the feedback I’ve heard about the food was terrific – great job. I hape you will consider being part of our 10th next year. Thanks again for a job well done.

Linda and I cannot thank you enough for the extraordinary job you and your entire staff performed at Katherine’s wedding. You took worry out of the equation, and made it effortless to work with you. And you’ve made me a believer. It is possible to prepare dinner for 200 and make each plate look as though it’s been specially prepared in a fine dining restaurant. 

We cannot thank you enough for your amazing services!  The food, the staff and the dedication were most impressive.  You made the event very enjoyable and stress-free.  We also wanted to give a special thanks to your staff member, Dwayne.  Throughout the evening, Dwayne was right there making sure we had everything we needed.  You are all amazing!

Just sending a very overdue thank you for being such a wonderful part of our wedding. Most of the night went by in a blur, but we do remember the dinner, and it was delicious! We have had so many comments from our guests on the dinner- many saying it was the best food they’d had at a wedding (others saying it was the best food they’d had- EVER!). And everyone on your staff we came in contact with was great! And Eithne- thank you for all the help and advice you gave leading up to the wedding- we couldn’t have done it without you!
